If I could give zero stars I would. The worst delearship ever! They broke other things in my car while servicing a recall not once but twice and had my car for 9 days with no loaner. Denise in service is this place saving grace, she is responsivie, goes above and beyond and is saving the customers that your service pisses off. They also did not extend my leas as promised with GM Financial during the height of the pandemic, this resulted in my credit score dropping 120 points and NOBODY at the dealership is willing to help. My emails go unresponded to, they dont give a xxxx once you buy the car. NEVER will I EVER buy a car from Colonial Cadillac and will be sure to tell everyone I know. More

I am disappointed with Colonial. I can never get to a service rep when I call, I have to leave voice mail or call back. When I'm there dropping off they're personable, picking up Den I can never get to a service rep when I call, I have to leave voice mail or call back. When I'm there dropping off they're personable, picking up Denise is exceptional. She went outside to find my car and removed the paper/plastic that was left in the car by mechanics. The prices are outrageous, but it is a dealership/luxury car and to be expected, I can get an oil change etc. for $49 at "Joe's" down the street. Also, this was the second time in a row I had service and the car wasn't washed or cleaned inside at all. More
