Rusty has always been so thorough! He makes sure I understand the service I am receiving! He lets me know what is necessary and what can be waited until next time. I leased my first VW from Colonial 3 years ago and did a lease buy out last month. From start to finish, Colonial VW was superb. Service appointments were easy and completed on-time, all the employees I w lease buy out last month. From start to finish, Colonial VW was superb. Service appointments were easy and completed on-time, all the employees I worked with were friendly, easy-going, knowledgeable and customer-focused. The lease buy out started out with Justin Pizzi and was completed by Paul Lazzaro, both of whom made it easy for me. Paul followed up with me as needed and guided me through the process. And on the day the plates had to be changed, he was attentive to me while still looking after other customers (it was a busy day). He took care of business. I'll happily work with him again.
