My husband convinced me that we would be treated well at Colonial West, he had purchased two cars there previously. He right , we were met by a team of professionals, one in particular was our salesman Terry Locher. He has earned the name of Go to Guy because he is pleasant, professional and educated in his field. We decided on leasing, allowing us to really get the truck of my dreams. We are now happily driving a 2017 Chevy Silverado Double Cab...and its got all the bells and whistles... On the day we were to pick up the truck the weather was awful, Terry offered to deliver it to us at our home and take the trade back with him. Who does that?? Terry got all of my questions answered, and quickly sent me the title and documents for me to sign. Terry watched as the Transport Truck loaded it to ship it in a Enclosed Carrier Container on a railroad car to California. I will get it in a few days. Buying a new 2017 Silverado In October of 2016 I began the process of buying a new Silverado that included the trade in of my 2014 Silverado High Country. Because of my previous In October of 2016 I began the process of buying a new Silverado that included the trade in of my 2014 Silverado High Country. Because of my previous experience when buying my 2014 Silverado, I went immediately to Colonial West. This time, I was connected with Terry Locher (aka The go to Guy!). Terry did not disappoint! I was treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. I knew going in, exactly what I wanted, knew the trade in value of my 2014 Silverado and the price of the truck I was looking for, including all the options I wanted. Terry searched diligently for an available truck, including other dealerships within 200 miles! When we couldn't find what I wanted he guided me through the process of ordering the truck I wanted directly from the factory! While tedious, he made it a very enjoyable process. He kept me up to date with reports on the progress of the build and when delivery could be expected. When the truck arrived I went to the dealership, and between Terry and Manager Carlos Silvera, they walked me though the final numbers and they hit the target # I had predetermined without so much as the slightest haggle! They then proceeded to include add-ons and additional cost savings worth an additional $1500.00 to lower the cost to me below what I had determined to spend. Their goal, as they described it was to provide as enjoyable experience as possible while touting their service department and desire to build repeat customers. I can say first hand from my experience with my 2014 that they met and exceeded their goal. The service department was as good as the said. I am a customer they can count on for repeat business!
