When I questioned the cost, he told me I should have brought it in 6 months ago, then when I picked up the vehicle I again expressed concern, his tone was discourteous then obnoxious as I left. This makes me question returning again. More

Service for Ford recall Put a large scratch in the door while fixing the recall for the door handle freeze problem. Service manager was too busy telling me what he was not w Put a large scratch in the door while fixing the recall for the door handle freeze problem. Service manager was too busy telling me what he was not willing to do to correct the problem. Spent over an hour at Columbia body shop. Wayne and his team at the body shop were very accommodating and wet sanded and buffed the door paint. Most of the scratch was removed. I take pride in my truck and was extremely disappointed in the service technician not taking responsibility for his actions and the service manager for his response to solving the issue they created. More

Maintenance and sensor repair I needed a maintenance check up and my sensor on the back door replaced. They gave me a ride home and picked me up all within 2 hours. They had to ord I needed a maintenance check up and my sensor on the back door replaced. They gave me a ride home and picked me up all within 2 hours. They had to orders the sensor so I needed to come back in 2 days. Overall, the service was great! More
