Found the Lexus I’ve been searching for at this Audi dealership. Sales guy Gilles L. was such a pleasure to work with, if basing this review off of him alone, it would receive 5+ stars. He made me feel comfortable and was really personable. Such a great guy. Even helped clean out my old Lexus out in the rain before I left and removed my personalized plates too. However, I feel like the finance lady Chloe, really pressured me into buying an extended warranty and gap that I didn’t really need. I’ve owned Toyota/lexus in the past and they are highly reliable cars, and I have gap through my insurance. I told Chloe no thanks MULTIPLE TIMES. But she just wouldn’t take no as an answer because she’s “just trying to help me out”. So, I was extremely pressured into a 4 year extended warranty adding almost 5k to my total. When again, I said no multiple times. Please understand that no means NO. I went ahead with it because i knew i wouldn’t get out of there otherwise since it was just a back and fourth and she clearly doesn’t know how to listen to what the customer wants. She also ensured I’d receive a front mount bracket for my plate, and had me sign an acknowledgment when it was never even installed/ received. I didn’t really enjoy working with her whatsoever. And I think she pressured me because I’m a woman and was there alone, and she totally took advantage of that and my lack of knowledge when it comes to this process. It was a rainy day when I was there, so the car wasn’t washed, so when it stopped raining, the car was clearly dirty from before it even started raining.. would’ve been nice to have a clean car considering I just purchased it, even if it was raining out. More

Our experience at Audi South Coast was enjoyable. Samer Mahmoud was our sales agent, he was helpful, knowledgeable and had a fun sense of humor. He also honoured the Costco discount, which was great.
