"Above and Beyond "

I traded in my 2004 Honda CR-V for a 2018 CR-V at Community Honda in Orland Park. Two things I’d like to say about my experience with Community Honda’s people. First and foremost, The two salesmen, Tom Beveridge and Jim Jonas exceeded my expectations. They were honest and through and best of all they were patient with me. (I’m older then a senior citizen). It was clear to me that they wanted to match me with the “right for me” Honda rather than closing the deal. They succeeded hands down. I am thrilled with my new CR-V. Second, I am so impressed and quite frankly blown away with Sue Jimenez, Honda’s Sales Manager and Bob Madia, Honda’s Service Director. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They were honest, sincere and exceptionally responsive to me. I am forever grateful to all the people working at Community who contributed to making my new car purchase a five star experience.

I came in for a routine oil change. Other than waiting an hour and 15 minutes for the service to be completed and having an oil stained shoe print on my carpet when I got back in my vehicle, my visit was fine.

"Daughters first car. Honda Accord "

Wayne Neven was outstanding. Actually purchased the car one day prior to bringing my 16 year old to the dealership. He took time out of his busy schedule to allow me to walk my daughter through the car buying process, including a "test" drive and then ultimately surprise her with her first car.
