Routine Car Inspection Plus!! I came for a routine annual car inspection and when John Rooney came back to talk with me in the waiting room, he explained how I passed inspection bu I came for a routine annual car inspection and when John Rooney came back to talk with me in the waiting room, he explained how I passed inspection but highly recommended that I have the from brakes replaced. I have dealt with John before and other service writers as well, and all have been very nice and informative when necessary. But I found John to be especially patient with my questions and his answers were complete and descriptive. When I received a follow-up call for the Service Manager to thank me for returning to the dealer for service (I've never gone elsewhere!), I felt compelled to let him know what I thought of Conicelli in general (all good!) and John's abilities. My next car will probably be another Honda CRV!!!! maybe a 2016?? More

Convient Service Appointment My Honda Pilot needed front brakes and an oil change. I dropped the vehicle off the night before and requested that I get it back by 1pm the next day. I received a call from my Service Rep, Steve Smith to confirm all the services performed on my car and the price. I was also told my vehicle would be ready by 10:30 am and that the courtesy shuttle would be sent to my house to pick me up.
