I took my car in for a recall, oil change and tire rotation. I have a 2023 Nissan rogue. I went out to get something to eat because I know they’re oil changes take forever and was told when I got back rotation. I have a 2023 Nissan rogue. I went out to get something to eat because I know they’re oil changes take forever and was told when I got back they couldn’t change the oil because the drain plug was over torqued and stripped. I had my last two oil changes done at Pep Boys because you’re in and out within an hour. I told him I’ll take the car back to Pep Boys for an oil change.Went to Pep Boys. They changed the oil with the same drain plug no issues no leaks no problem. How is this possible with certified mechanics? Read the other reviews and beware of this service department. More

While taking test drive, salesman was told I didn’t want any extra. Repeated least 3 times during discussion. When time came to talk price presents me an offer of sticker price and an additional $1500 upgra any extra. Repeated least 3 times during discussion.
