We came looking for a very reliable car to replace our old, 2000 Corolla, which served us extremely well and Jacob was very welcoming, attentive, & hospitable - not your typical car salesman. Brand new was a little too expensive for us at this stage, so he got us a very good deal on a Certified, Pre-Owned 2013 Corolla LE. Barbara & I are usually not a fan club of salespeople, but Jacob is different - warm, hospitable, engaging, & knowledgeable. We came away from the deal with a nearly new car and a very good feeling.
