I took my truck in for a oil change and tire rotation when they put my tires back on they torqued the lug nuts down so tight that they rolled the threads on the studs the Chevy dealership in checotah had when they put my tires back on they torqued the lug nuts down so tight that they rolled the threads on the studs the Chevy dealership in checotah had to break the studs to get them off I called the dealership 3 different times to see why they we’re done that way and we’re they gonna pay to get it fixed they told me they would find out who done the work to my truck and get back with. Me never heard a word I called back they told me the guy that did the work was no longer there and they since he was no longer there it was not there problem it cost me 400.00 to get it fixed I will never use them again More

I bought a new Traverse 2 an Worst Chevy dealer I have ever dealt with. I have bought 4 brand new Chevy vehicle and have never had issues like this. I bought a new Traverse 2 and a half months ago and was supposed to receive new wheel coverings for it. They called once to tell me they didn't have them and I never heard from them again. I called repeatedly after my vehicle began to start making grinding noises and was given another number to call and no one ever answered. Almost 3 months later and they still won't return my calls about the items I was guaranteed upon purchase and I keep getting the run around about repairs. I love Chevy but I recommend you avoid this dealership like the plague! There are better dealers to work with who won't leave you hanging. More
