He was friendly, knowledgeable, interesting to talk with, and attentive to my questions. He made the used car process enjoyable and stress free. They were honest and upfront about the vehicle, and honored the lowest posted price I found online, even though the price on the car was $600 higher. I felt like everyone we met at the dealership was interested in serving our needs, and not trying to pressure us. I would recommend Jake, and this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle! I came, I saw, I drove home! Hassan is a young salesman with a veterans spirit. There was no extra of anything. Hassan listened to my list of desires; that I admit probably sound Hassan is a young salesman with a veterans spirit. There was no extra of anything. Hassan listened to my list of desires; that I admit probably sounded more like a ransom note in a hostage situation...LOL!!! I made it clear that I was ready to buy and Cornerstone would get one shot to match me with a financier with agreeable terms. It took me longer to drive from St. Oaul to Elk River than it took Finance Manager (Dan) to orchestrate a deal for me. Dan was awesome! He was about his business; but was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked to find every option he could to help me protect my investment. You have to go through Dan to complete a purchase; but you should choose Hassan to get you into Dan's office. I did the math; and I found the following to be true: Hassan + Dan = Me driving home in my Mercedes S Class!!! More

Most pleasant experience purchasing a vehicle My husband and I decided to look at a Kia Sorento for a new vehicle. We were shown a used 2017 fleet vehicle and after several visits and an overnight My husband and I decided to look at a Kia Sorento for a new vehicle. A Wonderful Experience with Great People! What a wonderful experience it was picking out my new Kia Sportage! Walking into a car dealership alone, as a woman in my30s, I was ready and prepared What a wonderful experience it was picking out my new Kia Sportage! Walking into a car dealership alone, as a woman in my30s, I was ready and prepared to hear all the bogus car salesman type things. Not once did this happen. I worked mostly with Dave and he made the experience exciting for me and was so incredibly helpful along the way. He was laid back, friendly, answered all my questions without hesitation and took the time to for me to decide on exactly what I wanted without being aggressive or pushy. And Denise in finance was amazingly friendly and helpful as well. She was incredibly helpful in talking about all my options and helped me go with a plan that fit perfect for my situation. I would highly recommend Dave and this great group of people at Cornerstone Kia! What a blessing to walk out of a dealership feeling like the people truly cared about what would work best for me. I'm definitely going back for my next purchase and am proud to tell my friends and family about their great service. Excellent overall! More
