Best dealership around. I travel over an hour to get any work done. Staff is great from the Manager to the staff to the service dept.

I was having warranty service done - windshield washer fluid hose replaced. I was told it would take 30-45 minutes and it ended up taking 2 hours! I had to walk in to see what was going on. Service manager didn’t not seem to know what was taking so long! This happens often, being told a wait time then it. Taking a lot longer

The staff in the service department are friendly courteous and run on schedule. They keep me informed of any issues they find. Their work is top notch. I recommend their department to others.

Steve is always a friendly face whenever I bring in my vehicles for maintenance. I brought in my 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee for its first oil change and tire rotation. While waiting, Roy popped in to see how I liked my new purchase and wanted to ensure that I was still satisfied. It was not long before Steve arrived and told me that I was good to go.

Upon leaving the undercarriage was left hanging and it took my husband a 1/2 hour to chop it out, and the maintenance window was never re-set, so now it looks as if nothing was ever done. Work supposedly done Sat the 12th of this month January, and to go back is 64 miles round trip.

This is the most well rounded service department I’ve ever been to. They offer the best service and truly care and remember their customers. Top notch service. Thanks especially to the mechanics, Susan and of course Steve!!!!

Service was greatvconsideringbi just a bought new 2019 jeep been in shop 4 times in 6 weeks. Stay away from sales they are horrible promisebreakers

I recently bought a jeep here and a sensor light came on. The service guy, Josh, I worked with was awesome! He walked my through all of the extras in my car and "what to do if certain things happen! He also reviewed my warranty with me and was super knowledgable. He also gets a huge plus for finding my long lost credit card!!!! This is my first experience with their service department and I will definitely drive the 45 min it takes for them to service my car!

Having bought 5 vehicles from the Bill Walsh Automotive group there is no where else that I would go to have any service work done.
