Horrible Finance If I could give zero stars I would, PLEASE go to your own personal bank or credit union before dealing with their xxxxxxxx finance department. They will not work with you, they do not take your time into consideration, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. Horrible at communicating. Even went as far as sending me messages saying if I don't bring certain paperwork in immediately further actions will happen. I guess that was their way of threatening me. And they also won't apologize for any mistakes that they may make. Only good thing about this place is the sales guy Mustapha that helped me find the car I exactly wanted. I was told that I could negotiate the price down on the car or at least get autostart.....when I went to finance they acted as if they had no clue what I was talking about and tried to change the subject. Also if you're a female they truly try to take advantage of you, bring along a guy friend, husband/boyfriend, or even a parent to make sure their not trying to scam away at more money and waste your time. I will make sure to tell all my friends, family, whosoever that is trying to buy a car....stay away from corwin Toyota. More
