With our distance, there were obstacles since we weren't able to get to Fargo (for them to view my trade-in) by the time the car I wanted to buy was allocated to their dealership. So many cars being reserved before "hitting the lot" so hard for me to commit to a new vehicle without knowing a committed trade-in value; but Alex D. was terrific in his communications and made it work! He is very honest, and happy for us with our purchase. It IS exciting to get a new car, and he understands that. He was always very punctual in responding to my texts/emails. Very nice dealership! Clean, everyone friendly. They worked with me on the financing too. Heard of this dealership when our daughter went to college in Fargo a few years ago - had a terrific experience back then, so decided to give them a try when buying this new car. Alexander Deraas was so easy to work with, I sent in a pre-approval offer along with the car I was interested in & he had everything ready to go by the time I was off work. Went in on a whim one night because a maroon 2024 Toyota Camry caught my eye and received amazing service from the moment we walked through the door. Luckily the vehicle was in transit and we were able to receive it directly after it had arrived. Eric also did a fantastic job at keeping in touch with us about the vehicle arriving while it was on the way and was great throughout the entire process. Matthew McBride our finance guy, was honest, straightforward and all out super easy to work with along with Dylan Adam, their aftermarket guy. He was very helpful and was so knowledgeable about Toyotas and 4 Runners we knew we had the right salesperson. He was very patient and went over everything to make sure all our questions were answered and we were comfortable in our purchase.
