We reached out in person today 11:30am at your dealership - that should be valid enough isn't it. Mike was part of discussion and saw the mess. Robert has the photos we left prior and is in the file.

Paul, the GM, sent an email to me later on 7-30 ONLY BECAUSE OF MY REVIEW WHICH WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP ASAP. I am happy to know this caused a reaction. He told me he would personally make sure my new car was repaired correctly when I bring it back - I let him know they did not schedule as parts were not in yet. He asked me to immediately post to my review since we spoke - I told him I would like to make sure he does as he promised and would be happy to adjust my review. 8-3-21 Pricilla calls to set up our repairs. We asked what day Paul would be there to oversee the repairs. She stated he was too busy and could not ask him. I emailed Paul to see when he could do as he promised for us. 8-3 5:24pm HE HAS YET TO RESPOND. I will not be changing my review.

Dealer has not reached out. They have both our mobile numbers and also our emails. That is not the truth posted and is very misleading for customers. We have been waiting for a call or email for 7 days now.
