We ordered a mirror for the customer and it required paint. We took a non-refundable deposit to paint the mirror to match the customer's vehicle. I'm not sure where the communication went bad. Customer filed a credit card dispute which we won. Our dealership was doing everything to accommodate the customer. Some people are just never satisfied.

Again Johnny lied and said he contacted me to schedule which never happened. During this is time I had just lost my grandmother and he new how important it was for this to be completed when family came in and I would need my vehicle, but again he dropped the ball and lied. Based on what he told the credit card company and why they denied my claim because he LIED. JOHNNY IS THE WORST SERVICE PERSON IVE EVER DELT WITH.

I will continue to tell anyone and everyone who will listen to not use Coulter Buick. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY THEIR SERVICE GUY JOHNNY. NEVER USE COULTER BUICK THEY WILL KEEP YOUR MONEY AND NOT COMMUNICATE WITH YOU.

We did all that we could do. The battery went dead. Batteries are very difficult to determine when they will fail. We provided roadside assistance to this customer.
