The type of service everyone desires Courtesy Acura more than satisfied my service goals this week. My goal was to get my tires checked but I also had a broken part that I thought would n Courtesy Acura more than satisfied my service goals this week. My goal was to get my tires checked but I also had a broken part that I thought would need to be ordered. I handed the broken piece to Michael and he immediately praised me for finding this part and how important it was to fixing the clasp on the console. We walked over to the parts department, asked for the part and he installed it. Next, my tires were checked, found a nail in one tire, patched it and washed my car. New Car first service Everything was great. I called in advance and it was easy to schedule a time, I was able to meet with Michael to outline what needed to be done, they Everything was great. It did take about 20 minutes to have my car pulled into the service center garage when Leo specifically asked me to tell him what time I would be there, but other than that, my experience was great.
