The Service Manager was very helpful in showing me the vehicle computer readings and it was then we determined doing a more thorough service on my vehicle. Not what I would expect from a luxury brand dealer. I made a service appointment via their on-line website and when I showed up on the scheduled date and time- they had no record of it and told me the s I made a service appointment via their on-line website and when I showed up on the scheduled date and time- they had no record of it and told me the service coordinator that confirmed my appointment (in writing, via email) was off this day. That said, they did take my appointment without any trouble. Overall, I felt the dealership was average in terms of physical product, service and professionalism. I had some questions about my vehicle (as a new owner) and had to ask several people for help and felt like I was "putting them out". Perhaps my expectations were too high as I am spoiled by the service I get when I go to my Audi dealership for my other vehicle. More

Some places (I've accompanied family/friends to their dealerships) are more.."sterile" and less client oriented. At Courtesy, the waiting room is 'cozy' (for a waiting room). The service is friendly, informative and honest. There's no pressure to get recommended things done; but when it's necessary they tell me. My car is returned to me cleaned (with water and a mint - great touch). I know what matters most is the quality of the work done, not the mints, cookies, fruit, coffee or sodas. I've been taking my current and previous vehicle here over the past 13+ years and always trust the work done. And if I have to wait for my car, these little things make the difference and having informative employees (who are there for years) makes it feel more like family. #197918 More

Christina Maulin was very nice and helpful, and the waiting area was superb, with complimentary coffee (GOOD coffee!), sodas, juice, granola bars, cookies, wi-fi, etc. The work was speedy, and the environment relaxing. Kerry Walton arranged our tes Our experience with Courtesy Acura was exceptional. We stopped in to look at a car without an expectation to purchase. Kerry Walton arranged our test drive, and the vehicle was exactly what we wanted. He then sat with us and researched our purchase options including whether we decided to keep or trade our previously leased vehicle. The entire staff was great - while our son was sitting in a chair next to us, another sales associate gave him a Hot Wheels and thanked him for how patient he was. When Kerry stepped away for a few minutes, my wife and I agreed the only reason to purchase that day would be if everything was perfect. All financials ended up as expected, the car was great and working with Kerry was very easy. Since the experience was perfect we decided to buy. We were on our way home within a couple of hours of arrival with the new vehicle. More
