It was going to take 24 hours to get the correct tiers so I thought I was going to have to come all the way back the next day. IMatt quickly found a loaner car for me and offered to come to my office the next day after the tires had been replaced and swap my car with the loaner so I wouldn’t be any more inconvenienced. Battery Was Low and Could Not Start the Engine I purchased the Acura MDX 2015 model in 2016. The battery was very low, so I could not start the engine. I brought the vehicle in for inspection. The staff replaced it quickly for me at no costs because the battery was still under the warranty. The office staff who checked me in was very friendly. The waiting area was super clean with "free" cold water bottles (it was hot yesterday, so I drank two of those. Thank you!) The restroom was very clean too. They cleaned the vehicle very well after the services. I'd recommend the services/dealership at the Littleton location; they've been professional and friendly to me with excellent services performed on my vehicle. More

Disappointed with response to need for emergency service Car would not start after driving away from home. Called for tow (AAA) told no loaners available for 3 days (!) offered shuttle. AAA technician discovered badly corroded battery contacts. There was not enough contact available to charge the battery. My vehicle had been serviced (oil change, brake fluid flush, tire rotation, alignment, "safety check") 3 weeks ago. One of the service reps (Chris) told me that the battery connections 'should have been checked as part of the safety check when serviced'; the other one (Vanessa) said, "we don't routinely do that"!. Vanessa told me that there was no sign of corrosion and that everything tested fine - ignoring the fact that the AAA technician had cleaned all of the corrosion off the battery posts less than an hour before! I am deeply disappointed that driver safety is seemingly of so little concern to the Service Department at Courtesy Acura. I was fortunate that I was stranded in a safe place in broad daylight. More
