DRL (R) Replacement Called for an appointment to have (R) DRL replaced. I explained to the CSR that I do not want the same Service Manager that has helped me in the past. Called for an appointment to have (R) DRL replaced. I explained to the CSR that I do not want the same Service Manager that has helped me in the past. They scheduled me with someone new. Well "Service Manager/Larry" that had helped me in the past called and asked what I needed. I informed him I have an appointment already, then he went on asking what i needed. I told him about the (R) DRL needs a replacement and asked if it had to do with the housing unit they had replaced? His response was kind of "grumpy" as if I should know it's not. I told him I will discuss when I show up for my appointment and I don't want to pay for it is related. He went on with "I will have your cost when you get here". I did not appreciate the tone of his voice at this point. I just had the (L) DRL changed in JULY of this year and now I am back in DEC to replace the right side!!! that's a concern. As a customer, it's shocking to know that it will cost $300 to change a $5 light bulb! a little understanding and compassion goes a long way when you have loyal customer returning to the same dealership for help. A little incentive or something to give with the cost helps. On the positive side, Katrina the assigned manager was very friendly and I felt from her she was understanding and attentive to her customer. I did not feel pressured or uncomfortable when I had to speak with her and the cost was not like the one for (L) DRL replacement. Sincerely, Lize Bagos More
