No phone service on TRAX I bought a TRAX a year ago last September because I needed room for a walker. The only 2 things I told the dealership I wanted was a phone connection I bought a TRAX a year ago last September because I needed room for a walker. The only 2 things I told the dealership I wanted was a phone connection and a backup. As of 2 weeks ago, I only have the backup.. I left my TRAX at the dealership for 2 days last week because I needed the the phone contact to be repaired. When I went to pick it up I was told it was an "anomaly" and there wasn't anything that could be done. This is not a reflection on Larry Cook. He tried everything he could to make it work but to no avail. The dealership is taking NO responsibility at all for this. The feeling when I left was that it is just something I was going to have to deal with myself. That is not satisfactory. I had a Colorado for over 10 years and was very happy with the service. That is why when I needed a SUV I didn't look anywhere else but Courtesy. I will not make that mistake again. I emailed the owner and general manager last week, I have yet to hear a reply. Very disappointed ! More

Come to find out certified GM products come with 100000 mile powertrain. Then when its broke GM just says it's normal. Don't buy from these scammers or buy a GM product. I will never touch another GM even if you paid me. I want to see my truck at the bottom of a cliff on fire so nobody else has to deal with this BS of a company. More
