I dropped off my vehicle for an oil change and water intrusion from the back rear window (GM Case #9-7766869122). The vehicle was dropped off on Friday 05/20/22 in the afternoon. I called the following week on a Thursday morning nothing had been done to the vehicle. The oil change was finally done that Thursday 05/26/2022. The water intrusion issue was not checked out. The GM Case # was for the same water intrusion back in 2017 and 2020. At this point I have decided to pick up the vehicle and will need to take it to another dealer to see why I am having the same issue on the water intrusion. I don't understand why the inspection and oil change took so long to get done. The staff was always courtesy however the issue my vehicle had was not resolved (maybe not enough mechanics?). More

I brought my Bolt in for a service (which only involves rotating the tires and checking the air pressure), but they could not do anything else. Said that they only had one Bolt technician and I'd have to rotating the tires and checking the air pressure), but they could not do anything else. Plus I was charged even though it was suppose to be a complementary service on my lease, said it had expired.
