The last service advisor was good. But Luis was even more professional, made feel like he really cared that I understood what was needed for my truck. He also made sure that everything I was supposed to get with the service package I purchased when buying my truck was serviced/completed. I’ve had 3 different service advisors since Nov. 2023 and I’m being very honest and hopeful that I get him Luis every time I need to bring my truck in be it oil change or repair.
