Jose was very knowledgeable and ensured we were happy and never pressured us for the sale. Jose did a terrific job of explaining the many features of the new vehicle. Steve in finance was also great. He was friendly and professional and moved the process along. Steve did not get annoyed or miss a beat when we decided not to purchase one of the extended warranty and he was required to reprint and recalculate. I am only reviewing their service department. After three separate incidents on three separate simple service requests I have learned my lesson. I wouldn't take any vehicle to this service department if my life depended on it. They have knowingly damaged my vehicle and returned it toe without saying a word. They even tried to cover it up by washing it and forgot to close the windows. Charged me $400 for two filters they never installed and tore the entire radiator system apart as a brand new vehicle when it was just a crack in the overflow bottle. I would drive an extra 100 miles just to avoid that place. Thank God it's only 20. Two thumbs down! More

DO NOT take your car here for service. For one, they will overcharge you by about 75% over what a small mechanic shop will charge you. I found this out after they quoted us $2,300 for a 100K service, and my local mechanic quoted me $1,400 for the exact same service. Unfortunately, we had already signed and agreed to pay their inflated rates. They will also decieve and upcharge you wherever they can. I was charged a "diagnosis fee" for broken piece of plastic. They then quoted the repair on the part to be $973. This repair takes about 30 minutes, and the part costs between $100-$180. Not sure where they're arriving at $973, but that's what you get when you take your car here. Go to a local auto repair shop. Find someone you trust. These swindlers at Jeep will do everything they can to take as much from you as possible. More

I searched for a Grand Cherokee L that specifically had the tow prep package as I intend to use it to tow as it is advertised to do so. Found it, contacted Coastline and put the deal together before I arri the tow prep package as I intend to use it to tow as it is advertised to do so. Found it, contacted Coastline and put the deal together before I arrived. Quick and easy transaction other than the high pressure finance department crap. Front bumper was damaged on delivery they said they would take care of it at a later date. Few weeks later I decide to tow a trailer. No hitch. Vehicle with tow package has no hitch. OK. I order a hitch and have it installed, entire rear bumper has to come off for hitch installation. Not cheap. Start researching tow wiring, find out vehicle does not have tow wiring harness. At all. It's an extra accessory that requires tearing apart the inside of the vehicle (in the words of Coastline parts person on phone) as the harness runs from the back all the way up to the battery and everywhere else it needs to go. In frustration, contact Jeep for help as I can't believe any modern SUV that is advertised with high towing capacity and has a towing package wouldn't have a hitch or needed wiring harness to connect to. No help, Jeep customer assistance is a joke, useless. Called Coastline for help, was told they would look into it and get back to me, never did. Called several more times, Max has told me at least 3 times now he would look into it and call me back and never has. 2 other people from Coastline have told me the same thing, no call back no help ever. I made it clear, I don't expect anything for free I already know Jeep won't do the right thing and help, just wanted to get the front bumper repaired as promised and get the vehicle set up to tow as that's the reason I bought it. Nothing, no help, no follow up. How can a modern SUV not have the wiring harness installed? I'm not talking about the trailer connector I'm talking about the entire harness needed to connect to the trailer plug and brake controller. Jeep is a joke, and Coastline is useless after the sale.
