Patrick Meagher is the BEST. He has now helped me twice and each time he was so nice to me. I want to let you know that this man went the extra mile to help me. "Excellent, body repair and service."

I purchased a 2016 Santa Fe Tuson in August 2017. I live about 2 hours from Courtesy Hyundai. The left rear brake light sensor would show the light was out then when I started the car later in the day it would be OK. This would happen several times a week. I had my mechanic check and change the bulb and again several days later the problem still occurred. When I purchased the vehicle there was a small ding on the rear drivers side door. Being I lived so far away it took me several months before I was going to be in the area to make an appointment. I spoke with Patrick Meagher who assured me his team would take care of all my needs. Patrick is a man of his word. I have never had such complete and EXCELLENT service from any dealership. I know where I will be purchasing my next vehicle. Thank you Courtesy Hyundai.

"Very poor Service "

I had my car in service a couple of weeks ago for an oil change, and some warranty work. They completed everything except my antenna and there was a not stating the part had to be ordered. To this day I am unable to get in contact with my Advisor Jed. He seems to be so busy that he's even unable to change his voicemail "it says, something about him not being at work on the 28th of last month". Really Jed? I'm trying to find out where my warrantied antenna is and when it will be fixed?

"Routine oil change and tire rotation"

I made an appointment for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Almost 2 hours later still waiting for my car. When I scheduled my appointment let them know I was going to be waiting for my vehicle. At most dealerships this is a 30 minute process. I had to go and ask for updates on my car vs somebody letting me know. Very poor.

"Tire replacement "

My fiancée and I were so impressed with the service , we had to leave a review ! First of all the car was ready literally in no time ! Communication level sense of urgency and professionalism of the associate Jeffrey Martinez impressed us! He even texted us when car was ready which is so much easier for us due to our busy schedule ! Also the prices he offered us were more than reasonable which completely shattered the myth that getting your car fixed at the dealer is more expansive! If anything it was well priced, sooo convenient ( as we didn't have to tow car anywhere or do anything extra) fast, and most importantly done well and with guarantee ! Thank you so much! We will be for sure using dealership services in the future !

"Awesome Experience "

I took my vehicle in for service. Dealt with David (service manager) and Patrick Meagher who was my service writer. Everyone in the service area was very professional and friendly! My car was serviced in a very timely manner. Great dealership to work with! All about customer service! Had a chance to look at new cars while there and met with Damian and Aksel who were very knowledgable about the models. Great dealership!

"Worst Experience Ever"

I cry everyday I see my car. I feel I can compare my car buying experience at Courtesy Hyundai Tampa like an interrogation room. They break you down util you buy a car that they like not you and everyone is happy because they all just made commission off your mistake. Then after a few negative post the GM will let you come in to talk more prices to make more money off you. Seems fair?

"Service Department"

I am doing a follow up review for my experience so far with my 2015 Hyundai Elantra purchase. I bought my car October 31, 2014. 3 weeks to the day that I picked up my new car and it's already in the shop! Let me start by saying that my 2 experiences now with the service department have been TERRIBLE. The only bright light was Amanda, who I talked to over the phone only and was very nice and told me to bring the car right in. The 2 gentleman in the service dept (one named Arial) are very rude. Amanda told me she was getting ready to leave for the day but that the 2 gentleman would take care of me when I got there. I understand that I got there 10 min before closing for service but I was just dropping off the car and getting a loaner. One of the guys stated that they would take my car and "leave it for Amanda the next day and let her deal with it." Gee...sorry to inconvenience you! I have been in customer service for 30 years and NEVER would I say something like that to a customer. Frankly, I have been the one inconvenienced. My brand new car is only 3 weeks old and the check engine light comes on already and I have the car choking down the road?!? I am not a mechanic but definitely seems like something is up with the fuel pump. My prior vehicle was a 2008 Subaru WRX and in the 5 years I owned it not once was it ever in the shop....so I can't tell you if the service guys at Subaru are jerks because I never saw them! Haven't gotten the final word yet as to what is wrong with my Elantra. I dropped the car off Friday evening, didn't hear a word from anyone on Saturday but yet I received a call from my Dad stating that serv dept called HIM saying my car is done! OK I know my Dad assisted in the purchase of my vehicle but I gave the service dept MY cell phone number to call when vehicle was done. In my line of business (I work for a large well known insurance company) that's a breach of privacy. My Dad didn't go with me to drop off the car nor does he even live in the Tampa area. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with your service dept! Did I mention that I paid cash for my car...not financed! Or do dealers treat people like crap now days that pay cash for their vehicles?

"Dont go here"

Ever since buying my car from this dealership, I have had nothing but problems with the service department. I recently brought my car in for an oil change and to inspect my driver's side mirror as it was not properly moving up and down or side to side. Sharlene was the most unprofessional advisor I have encountered. She claimed that she had to "bribe" the service techs to look at my mirror for me and they advised that the whole mirror needed to be replaced. She ordered the mirror and said it would be painted and then she would call me. Two days later, my washer fluid light came on. Yet, their service dept claims they top off the fluids and do a "41 point inspection. Obviously, that is a lie! I received a call from Sharlene about the mirror and proceeded into the dealership to inspect it, when I found out she was let go (yay!) and I was assigned to a new advisor, Greg. Greg is not much better with customer service. When I inspected the painted mirror - it had dust and dirt particles in it and fisheyes galore. I refused to have that mirror placed onto my new vehicle (it has 11k miles on it). He said he would send it back to be repainted. While I was there, I mentioned my TPMS light had come on. He said "It will work itself out, you don't need to put nitrogen in it now." Low and behold, the light stayed on so I had to put air in it myself. I went back for a second time to inspect the re-painted mirror and there were drip marks and tape marks all over it. Again - It was not satisfactory. He mentioned that instead of having their service dept paint it, he would send it to the body shop. Why the xxxx wasn't it sent there in the first place? After being fed up and having tried reaching the service manager, Keith, I took my vehicle to another Hyundai dealership. Within 20 minutes, my mirror was fixed and I was on my way. The mirror never needed to be replacd - the arm just had to be re-attached behind the mirror. Courtesy Hyundai doesn't have a clue what they are doing and they have horrible customer service. I would never go back there again.
