I was on a weekend trip to Tampa and my brakes failed. I was towed to Courtesy and discovered it’d cost more to fix than it’s worth, so I bought a car on the spot. What can I say, Kevin Golindano is by far the best service advisor I have ever dealt with. I had called him after hours because I was having a problem. With my truck, I was able to schedule an appoint service advisor I have ever dealt with. I had called him after hours because I was having a problem. With my truck, I was able to schedule an appointment with him the next morning to take a look at my truck. I got in early the next morning and he was on it. He notified me as soon as they checked my truck out to yell me what was wrong with it and they quickly went to work on it because I was in a bit of a time crunch. I was in and out of the dealership within an hour and was able to make my other appointment. The guy is awesome and they only reason I keep bringing my truck back to toyota. More

This was my second visit. The first was 5 years ago for my first oil change, which took over 3 hours, 1/2 hour spent looking for the service person. Not a good experience!. Today 5 years later I had an appointment and thought I would try again I asked where my car was after 2 1\2 hours, the service had not even started, why do they make appointments and not even try to meet them. You guessed it I will never do business with this dealership again. More
