Service department personnel are liars. They will hold your car hostage, claiming that they have to have authorization from KIA corporation to do repairs on a published recall! "We'll let you know by the your car hostage, claiming that they have to have authorization from KIA corporation to do repairs on a published recall! "We'll let you know by the end of the day" and three days later, you're still without a car. They refuse to provide a rental, basically screwing you any way they can. I've had to deal with recalls with other auto makers and the process was nothing like this xxxx! Face it, KIA, you've put out a bad product...now OWN it and do the right thing! More

They sell you oil change packages that are supposedly universal mean you can take it to any Kia dealership. But it lie, they also take 5 to 4 hour to do a simple oil change. Even with a appointment, apparently they don’t know how to do a simple oil change. That dealership is one of the worst experience in my life. I am a proud owner of a 2017 Kia Niro I bought my car brand new and have loved every day I owned it. Yesterday I was rear ended by a DUI driver. The driver was in a Dodge Ram 4 wheel drive pickup one of brand new and have loved every day I owned it. Yesterday I was rear ended by a DUI driver. The driver was in a Dodge Ram 4 wheel drive pickup one of their largest makes and was traveling at least 45 to 50 miles per hour. My Niro held up great I servived it without a scratch and the car was able to drive away from the accident not towed. Thank you Kia for saving my life and my next car will be a Kia Niro too.
