Jonathan Njos was great to work with. I told him what I was interested in over the phone, had it ready when we got there and helped me along every step of the process. The only reason this is not a 5 star is when I took my ram in to get an oil change the service department wouldn't give me my FREE oil change or rotate the tires when I specifically paid for the extended warranty. I had to get management involved to resolve the issue. More

First oil change on our new Rebel, got home to Laramie, next morning looked under the truck to find a big oil leak under the truck, on our semi new, and FORMERLY clean, spot free floor!!!!!! Got underneath and found the oil drain plug was not tight, about a 1/4 turn loose. Don't worry, I tightened the plug and cleaned all the oil underneath that had sprayed everywhere on the drive home, but alas, the floor has it's first oil stain, and not of our doing!!!! You may not think this is a big deal, but if we had taken off on a cross country trip right after the oil change, we would be having a different conversation right now!!! More
