I have been searching for a suv for my daughter for about two weeks. No dealership within a three state radius (Louisiana, Mississippi and Houston area) could find what I wanted. Today I was ready to give up, but I figured I would try one place in Dallas (Cowboy Toyota). I was blessed to be put through to Chris Farmer. I told Chris what suv I wanted (color and options) within 30 minutes he was calling me back saying my daughter’s dream suv would be there around the end of May. It was such a pleasure to not be pressured to come into the dealership before discussing price and trade. So far I am very pleased with my salesman - Chris Farmer. More
