Service doesn’t match the Genesis level of service expected. Efficiency in general isn’t a strong point. Disappointment follows each visit and some sort of call back is required. Love the GV70. More

Ms. Lewis, It is my understanding that you had another service shop install your A/C compressor. While we would have had to charge you to diagnose and fix the problem, we felt it was in your best interest to let the shop that installed the part complete the service that you already paid for. We appreciate the opportunity to serve you but in your case we opted not to do the work. We felt that the shop that installed the compressor should stand behind their work and take care of you. You can try to come up with whatever excuses you want, my dad can even back me up in what I was told by your mechanics as they also talked to him. I stand by my review 200%. Would never recommend this dealership to anyone. This is the third Hyundai I have owned, so I've dealt with Hyundai for a long time now and never had a bad experience until Crain Hyundai. Still won't be returning here to service or to purchase or trade-in.
