The only negative i had in bringing my car in for service and warranty work was i was directed to a lady that was typing in her cubicle next to the Buick service writer that i eventually ended of leaving my and warranty work was i was directed to a lady that was typing in her cubicle next to the Buick service writer that i eventually ended of leaving my car with.I stood there for about 4-5 minutes without being acknowledged while she typed and then when she was thru witout speaking directly to me she pointed to the Buick service writer and said,he can help you,which i thought was unprofessional,but,other than that i was well taken care of. I must point our that some of my experiences with your dealership in the past five years have been dreadful to the point of avoiding having any service work done there. Our sales Rep Jerry had informed us he was working on his day off. From the second we arrived it was obvious Jerry was not interested in providing the best service. We had originally contacted Cory about a p day off. From the second we arrived it was obvious Jerry was not interested in providing the best service. We had originally contacted Cory about a pre-owned BMW but..when he failed to call us back twice about pricing and financing we opted to deal with another sales associate "Jerry". Jerry had informed us that his GM didn't want to go back and forth so after one attempt at negotiating a deal..an areement couldn't be met. It took a nice gentlmen at the Mercedes dealership "Gerald Ford look alike" to explain how the process works and why the BMW store possibly let the deal go. With his help and support we purchased the BMW against our better judgement. The Mercedes Rep was great. Critz BMW all around was sub par. To add insult to injury the dealship promised to contact my insurance provider which is needed in order to finance the vehicle. Over a month later I'm notified that the car is uninsured because the dealership had never actually insured the car which they claimed they would do. I should have checked for myself and never trusted Critz BMW. More

Had a bad experience with Wesley. Very rude and inconsiderate individual. I would never go back to Critz or recommend anyone else to go! I would say no less than 4-5 offers were made to me. Each time I would turn down an offer and say that I was firm on the price, they would make me wait 20mins for them to come up with a new offer. This whole process did work because they got an extra $500 out of me because I was tired of the bull. More
