We flew in from DFW, met with a very warm reception. Car was ready for test drive, no buying pressure at all. We ended up finalizing the purchase, traded in our vehicles and her 340I 6 speed Manual was transported to our house as scheduled. Is this really a BMW dealership? Where is the quality? I have visited several BMW dealerships in several states. I have owned BMW for more than 20 years. One of the reasons is the service quality. BMW customers are spoiled and treated high class no matter what price range their BMW is in. NOT THIS PLACE. The service department treats you like you are at a buy here pay here dealership. You schedule appointments and wait. They take your car and it is like you may as well just pull out a bed. You are walked down to the waiting area where you see 10-15 gray gloomy faces of people that have been waiting for hours. I was in shock. Then the attitudes are as if they are doing us a favor with their existence. In fact, we are. They are the only dealership in the area and so they act like that. Go 20 minutes to Winston Salem and it is a completely different experience. Top Notch. This location is horrible and the management allows it. More

I am 23 years old and I had always dreamed of owning a nice luxury car and having the pleasure of buying it from a luxury car dealer which is one of the main reasons I chose crown BMW to begin with. I didn't know that it was a decision I would soon after regret. A couple of weeks after giving them 12,000 of my hard earned dollars I begin to have issues with my car due to it not being serviced prior to me purchasing it. I contacted my seller, the used car manager, and the general manager who explained to me that they could either do one of two things by the car back or traded it which I was fine with. They then informed me that they will be contacting me shortly after with updates on the situation but instead they stopped answering my phone calls and stopped contacting me all together. I was so hurt and upset and irate at this point I actually cried because I felt ignored disregarded and taken advantage of What once was a dream of mine quickly became a nightmare and I'm still stuck with it 3 months later. I guess because I wasn't spending 20K to 40K my problems didn't matter to them maybe I should have went to a buy here pay here instead because at least I would have expected this type of service from them not from crown BMW. I since then have took $2,000 dollers and went and purchased myself a get around car just to be able to get back and forth to work and while everyone else is riding around in their nice luxury vehicles on sunny day and enjoying their lives mines is sitting in my front yard as a shiny lawn ornament and a constant reminder that whether you're dealing with a luxury dealer are a side dealer you could pretty much end up with the same type of service so thanks crown BMW for turning my dream into a nightmare. Deceitful & Unprofessional I brought my car in to have the oil changed on my 335i & to also checked fluids since coolant level was low. I was told the car was ready & as ERIC La I brought my car in to have the oil changed on my 335i & to also checked fluids since coolant level was low. I was told the car was ready & as ERIC Laurent pulls the car around discovers no coolant was ever put in! I questioned this & he himself went to get a service tech to put coolant in, but no tech was available. He then proceeds to put coolant in himself & tells me to have a good day. I leave the dealership & the next day the coolant is leaking from the car & he tells me to bring it back in, due to the service report, there wasn’t any leaks. The following day the car is bought back in & the advisor totally ignores I’m there & when he does he has an attitude as if I’m the problem. I cordially explains the issues with the car & he tells me to get my personal belongings & he would call later with a diagnosis. 10 min to close, I call because no one has yet to call me & he proceeds to tell me I need a new car, new engine, etc & that he is willing to buy the car from me!!!??? REALLY!!! What is going on here?!!!!! Finally I have my car towed from there & found out all that I really needed was the serpentine belt that broke off!!!! Really deceitful & underhanded if you ask me & I felt as though I was taken advantage of, needless to say, I feel the “work” that was done never happened. I would NEVER bring my car back here & I was a customer there for the 3 years I’ve owned my BMW . More
Rude and unethical I took my BMW to Crown BMW due to a warning light came on indicating "drive train malfunction". They diagnosed the problem and charge me $499 to fix i I took my BMW to Crown BMW due to a warning light came on indicating "drive train malfunction". They diagnosed the problem and charge me $499 to fix it. Approximately three days later the warning light returned indicating "drive train malfunction". The service associate Eric Laurent informed me that it was a different issue "the technician smoke-tested the air intake system to check for leaks, and he found the Inlet Pipe going to the Turbo has broken. After conferring with the technician, we think the best course of action is to replace this inlet pipe and reassess the situation. At that time we'll know if any further action will be needed to eliminate these new fault codes and get rid of the drivetrain malfunction message". Even then they were requesting me to pay an additional $791 dollars they weren't sure that would fix the issue either. I then decided to pick up my car and I received another warning "low engine coolant" I went to add the coolant and discovered that Crown BMW left the hose to the engine coolant totally off. I contacted Shawn the service manager to inform him of the issue and my experience his response to my complaint "this is harassment and there are legalities in that as well". I felt that he was trying to bully of scare me because I informed him that I wrote a Google review and contacted BMW corporate offices. More
Never Experienced such rude and unprofessional manner The worst place. I went here to get an oil change 5/3/19 and 20 minutes when I left my check engine light came on. Also when I got home I checked the oil level and it said no oil was in my car. I immediately called and left message for Chris Underwood to call me back about this situation. He never called me back so I called and spoke to the manager Sean which was very rude and unprofessional. He stated if no oil was in your car then it wouldn't run. I stated well if Crown did an oil change then when I check the oil level it should show I have oil in my car. I told him before I dropped off my car I checked and took a picture of the oil level before and after my oil change. So they had a tow company come pick the car up from my house and took it to Crown. Crown BMW sent the report to my email at 5:10pm and there service department closed at 5:00pm. I asked him Monday morning why would you send the report after 5:00pm if you were closed. So we went to Crown BMW Monday morning 5/6/19 at 7:30 right when the service department. Chris Underwood stated my car was on the lift and it would take 30-45 minutes to get someone to take it off the lift. So I said okay. As time passed it became 9:00am before I left with my car...unacceptable. They made us pay for the towing $75.00 which was not right because this was Crown BMW mistakenly didn't put oil in my car or they forgot to reset the oil level. After we paid for it we asked them for corporate number and Chris Underwood made a comment and said Google it. I stated if a customer asks you for your corporate number you are supposed to give it to them. Chris and his manager Sean were very rude and unprofessional. Chris Underwood tried to fight me and the manager Sean stated DONT COME BACK TO CROWN BMW ANYMORE..... I have never experienced this at BMW but they have lost a customer. I will not come back there or make any purchase from there and I will spread the word to my family and friends. Don't not go here anymore. Also after they finished my oil change they gave me a list of technician recommendation the only thing it had was light bulb to be replaced, washer fluid reservoir tube to be replaced, and brake job was in fair condition. After the check engine light came on now the technician says I need a new battery and my spark plugs/coils need to be replaced all this happened? I asked how come this battery and spark plus/coils was not identified on the recommendation sheet after the oil change. No one could answer that but now all of a sudden it’s on my recommendation list 20 minutes after I drove away and the check engine light came on. No one could answer to why this happened. More

I was attempting to purchase a car from them, ready to place a deposit after requesting the inspection and shipping information. The first person I talked to was obviously reading from a script and even had a Greensboro caller ID. He obviously had no idea about any of the questions I had and had to send me to the "Crown BWM Sales Manager" named Matt who said he would email me this info. I attempted to discuss price and he said to wait until he got me this information. Two and a half hours later I received an email from the real Sales Manger, Jim, telling me that he just sold the car. Jim told me that the people that I spoke with earlier were from Atlanta and did not know what was actually going on at the dealership. This is a very deceptive sales process and in this case resulted in me loosing the car that I have been searching for for several months. If I knew the someone else may have been interested in the car I would have know that someone this I would have placed my deposit down then. I have read the other negative reviews for Crown BMW and the owner or other representative always has a nice canned customer service response and asks to contact the person. Unfortunately there is nothing to do to remedy this! The car has been sold and I just hope that this didn't happen after I called to make an offer! Be aware of this dealer using this practice. More
