Took my Ram 2500 PU for an oil change. My bad for not getting an estimate. The job took 3 hours and cost $300. That is two hours longer and almost double the cost of what I pay at my usu My bad for not getting an estimate. The job took 3 hours and cost $300. But at those prices I drive the hour and 10 minutes to Crossville. More

Zero stars - it takes me a lot to write a bad review and this is warranted. This dealer damaged our car and then would not take responsibility for the damage done nor come to a compromise. Several times the this is warranted. This dealer damaged our car and then would not take responsibility for the damage done nor come to a compromise. Several times they recommended service that was not needed and at above market rates. We are loyal Jeep owners and will NEVER be back at this dealership. More

We had car trouble coming from Canada they were amazing great caring dealership they care. They even though they were extremely they busy they they identified the problem were able to fix it within an hour great caring dealership they care.
