"We don’t trust our customers "

I went to pick up my sons Jeep after getting some service work done. Jason was great this nothing against him he was as great service advisor to deal with. When I arrived I didn’t have my credit card with with but I did have my check book with me. The repair that was performed was less than five hundred dollars they wouldn’t accept my check for payment. This is the first time that a company wouldn’t accept my check I have never gave anyone a bad check in my life. I was dropped off by my wife and had to walk to a ATM to with draw the money so that I could pay them for the repair. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to anyone. Later in the day my wife wanted to up grade her car and wanted to purchase a Wrangler Unlimited we purchased the Jeep at Ilderton Jeep. The funny thing is that I singed all the paperwork and I was planning on bringing them a certified check Monday but the manager said if you have a personal check we can accept that for payment. I found it amusing that a small dealership was okay with me giving them a check for over 30k for the purchase of a new vehicle but Crown Jeep wouldn’t take one for less than five hundred dollars because of this I would never return to Crown Jeep for anything.

"Waste of time"

Simple oil change and tire rotation. Made service appointment online for Saturday 10am. Came in on time, was told wait time 2hrs. At 2hr mark, my car still outside untouched. Was told this is normal on Saturdays. Fine, then do not do any online appointment any more. And if you do, make statement that the appointment does not work and you still need to wait for 2-4 hours. The earlier time I came here for tire replacement, they scratched the rim really bad because they made mistakes for the tire size. Do not ever come here for service

"STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE"

The service department is a joke which lead to a nightmare. The service department is unprofessional and inconsiderate of customers time. My vehicle was not ready on time and when my service was complete, I had to go back to have their work corrected!!! Never again!!!

"Worst Service ever"

I scheduled an appointment online to have them complete a diagnostic on my climate control system - 2017 Dodge Challenger. I arrived 30 mins early and found that this place was a madhouse. There had to be six or seven employees there moving around but doing nothing. One guy finally asked if he could help me and when I showed him my appointment - he took my keys - got my mileage off the car and walked away. I waited 30 minutes and went over to him as he sat at his desk. He was ordering lunch and ignored me and after i interrupted he completed his food order. He then told me that it would be at least three hours before they could even pull my car into the garage. I asked him why he had just walked away and mumbled "well you can just come back on Monday." I took my car and left. I called the dealership manager and service manager and got nothing. Stay away from this place.

"I was unhappy with the service I received on my car."

I took my car in for an oil change and to have the body shop look at my driver side door to see why it wouldn't close right. The first time I took my car to Crown I really liked the gentleman that helped me, so I asked for him again when I set up my appointment. I had other errands to run so I asked him if it would be okay to leave my car and come back for it. He told me sure but wanted to know if I wanted them to go ahead and fix the door if it was under $100. I told him maybe under $30. He said he knew it would be more than that. I asked him how much he thought it would be, he said around $100. I told him to call once they looked at the door and let me know what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it, even if it was under$100. I never received a phone call so once I finished my errands I went back to see about my car. To my surprise when I went in I was told my bill was $108. He said he gave me a coupon he had to help with the oil change but the door was like $50 dollars give or take some. To top this off he said they could not fix it, they did do some adjusting so it would close better but it would have to go to the body shop down the street in order to be fixed. Needless to say I did not have the extra money at the time so if he had called like I asked him to do I would have told him not to do anything, plus since it had to go to the other body shop I would have thought that they would have adjusted it as a courteous. He made it seem like because he gave me a coupon for the oil change then it was okay to charge me for the door. The oil change was only $40 dollars without the coupon I had already fit that into my what I had to spend for that day but not $108 that is why I wanted him to call me. I went ahead and paid but the more I thought about it the madder I got. Because of this I will not go back I was very disappointed.

"Overpriced dealer with a horrible service dept"

Save yourself some time and a headache, fist off don't buy any products from Chrysler but if you do don't waste your money or time with crown or asbury. I brought my 2017 Chrysler Pacifica with less than 20k miles on it. in for a tire rotation after the last time it was performed at another Chrysler dealer out of state. According to them the mopar branded wheel locks were seized. Had to pay over$150 the dealer refused to warranty and the previous dealer wouldn't respond, called Chrysler only to be told according to crown there was no way to tell that I hadn't taken the vehicle somewhere else after that, oh and did I mention I have a mopar service contract covering oil changes and tire rotation. So I'm out cause neither dealer nor Chrysler will stand by their work. Overall poor quality performance by Chrysler dealers and Chrysler.

"Service Department "

This service department is consistently overcharging and performing work they do not have permission to perform. I have had three different occasions where they performed work for which they were not authorized. Its all an effort to increase their revenue through the department. Chrysler makes a great product...but has a crappy dealership here in Greensboro.

"Went for a noise came back with a car covered in dirt. "

So went in for an issue on a new car. Their service techs couldn't find anything so be it. Thumbs up to Trey, good dude and really easy to deal with. Here is where they messed up. I had just washed off my car and cleaned out the wheel wells to make sure the noise I heard wasn't something in or on the car itself. Get my car that went in clean back and its covered in dirt. There is dirt all the way up to the mid line on the car all the way around. Somehow they got dirt all the way up to the top of my spoiler. My back up camera is a crap picture now because they can't take care of their customers cars... Again Trey good guy Idiot that covered my NEW car in dirt not cool in the least.

"Service Department TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! "

We have had nothing but problems out of Crown's service department. They kept our vehicle for over 7 months in one year then the day it was ready we couldn't get to Greensboro so the next day Justin called and left us a sarcastic and hateful message saying "don't make me have to come pick up our loaner vehicle from your house". Then it's been all down hill from there. We've taken the vehicle back several times for the same issues and they never get fixed and they want to charge us a deductible every time. They have done cosmetic damage to our vehicle that they will not fix. I cannot stress enough to STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!
