Well let me update you on the second transaction with a crown family of auto dealers. First day I put $200 deposit down on a new Hummer. The crown GMC dealer told me I can have my money back but he won't sell me the car after waiting two years.. luckily my son lives in Detroit and got me one from Jacksonville at list price. I may have to go in there for service but I can probably find a dealer up in Clearwater as I have done with my Land Rover.

You are not calling the correct number as I did not receive a missed call or a message from you. Yesterday I received a text message from your sales manager with your phone number. I called you, left a message and you did not return my call. I also want to clarify I am not your administrative assistant and am not attempting to set up a meeting for us to speak as you indicated in your message. The amount of time and effort I have invested in trying to resolve these issues is exhausting. Please respond to my complaints and advise if returning the car is an option.
