They would not finance me any vehicle. With out a co-signer. They were the worse dealer that I have ever seen. With out a co-signer. They were the worse dealer that I have ever seen. More
I just had my 2014 optima worked on due to a failure in the motor. On the phone they told me that the motor replacement would be a warranty through KIA and that I would be getting a new motor. My door has the motor. On the phone they told me that the motor replacement would be a warranty through KIA and that I would be getting a new motor. My door has been broken for months now because of the cheap plastic parts KIA uses and the service manager Steven asked if I'd like an estimate to replace whatever was broken and I thought sure because surely it couldn't cost more than 150$ to fix. He sent me a picture of the quote for fixing the handle and to my astonishment it was going to be 929$ to fix it so I declined the repair. Well when I went to go pick it up I was hit with 175$ diagnostic fee for the door since I didn't want to have it fixed. I was not made aware over the phone that there would be a diagnostic fee only that he could get me an estimate which was actually supposed to be the next day after he told me my motor was covered under warranty because KIA can't make a reliable motor. So I argued back and forth about it because if I had known about the diagnostic fee I wouldn't of approved the estimate. I ended up getting it payed for and left. While putting stuff in my passenger seat getting ready to head home for the day I find a footprint in the seat from someone stepping on it. I've scrubbed it and it still won't come out. Why would a service tech step on the seat without putting something over it. I will not be having my car worked on here anymore unless for recalls or waranty work nor will I ever buy another KIA. More
