I can't really say alot about the dearlership in general, but they will make the best deal possible to satisfy their customers! After I purchased the car he called to ask me to come back in.He then let me know he had found a way to save me money on my purchase in the long run. Even though it involved him doing the paper work again and having me sign again he still went above and beyond. I ended with a better interest rate and for a little more per month I will pay on it fewer months. Another thing really impressed me when I came back to see Chad. A young man (I didn't get his name) found me and gave me 5 one dollar bills I had left in my traded vehicle. That shows the honesty and integrity Crown Nissan has. Penny was great and super nice. She is still new, so I can tell she is still learning some of the in depth features of the cars, but her friendliness made up for that. My only issues with the whole exper can tell she is still learning some of the in depth features of the cars, but her friendliness made up for that. My only issues with the whole experience were that the air in the tires of my maxima was too low, so I had to come back to the dealer to get them filled to the correct pressure. Also, the car did not have any mats in it (footwells and trunk) and they didn't have any mats in stock, so the saleswoman had to order me some, which I am still waiting for. Other than that, it was a good experience. More
