On April 09, 2024, I had the pleasure of having Crown Nissan Service Department Service Advisor, Mrs. Lesley Shepard provided me with Outstanding Services during my scheduled appointment. It began with my trust in Mrs. Shepard, knowing that she will provide me with an honest initial automobile service evaluation, continued reliable and periodic updates of my vehicle status, research and applying service discounts from Crown Nissan Service Department and my Extended Warranty Company which would help reduce my out of pocket expenses. I was very impressed with Service Advisor, Mrs. Lesley Shepard's communication skills and team work between her and the Maintenance Service Team Member that provided me with a stellar performance and excellent service on my 2014 Nissan Altima. Today I took my Altima into Crown Nissan Saint Pete it was hesitating while driving it was checked and showed transmission failure which was not what I wanted to hear but the car had over 200,000 miles a was hesitating while driving it was checked and showed transmission failure which was not what I wanted to hear but the car had over 200,000 miles a very great amount. I’ve been coming to this service department for over 20 years. With great service kind and friendly staff the service manager Shawn Meehan Saw that I was a bit saddened he offered encouragement. It was like he felt my pain and wanted to really help after us talking. I told him not to fix the car I was going to buy a car he then went out of his way and introduced me to the car sales department which I did ended purchasing a new Altima this is why I give crown a 5-star rating More

Lesley Shephard is an outstanding member of your team. Lesley was very helpful at making me feel welcome with my relocation from a different Nissan dealer. On March 16, 2023, Crown Service Advisor, Mrs. Lesley Shepard once again, provided me with "Outstanding Professionalism and Service" during my experience at Crown Nissan Service Department. I was Lesley Shepard once again, provided me with "Outstanding Professionalism and Service" during my experience at Crown Nissan Service Department. I was very impressed with today's maintenance service plan Mrs. Shepard had prepared for me upon my arrival at the service center. During my consultation with Service Advisor, Mrs. Shepard, we both agreed that it was time to have an oil change and tires rotated, but in addition to that, based on my 2014 Nissan Altima mileage, her service plan also included inspecting and possibly replacing the drive belts if needed. Mrs. Shepard Maintenance Service Team Member inspected the drive belt and recommended replacing them. During the inspection, it was also noted that the valve cover gasket leaks and recommended replacing both the valve cover and valve cover gaskets. I have "full faith and confidence" in Service Advisor, Mrs. Lesley Shepard and her Maintenance Service Team Member in providing me with Professionalism, Outstanding and Excellent Service each and every time I bring my 2014 Nissan Altima in for service.
