We have purchased two Jeeps from this dealership. The pricing was fair, we got good deals, they worked to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. My husband must have test driven at least six or seven of the Jeeps, then went to other dealers for other products, because he couldn't make up his mind what he wanted. Doug was so patient and easy-going, not pushy or dismissive. Partly how we need up back there. (And our Grand Cherokee Trailhawk is amazing!) It is no surprise that when I wanted to get out of my leased vehicle and buy as well, the dealership bought us out of a lease that had at least a year left, and got me into my dream Wrangler. Doug was my salesman, too. The service department is respectful, listens, and is quick to service anything we need done. The parts department has been very helpful in starting me on my "Lego" project with my Wrangler. Long ago, in 2015, my first experience with this dealership and Doug was when I leased my 2015 Renegade Trailhawk. I had driven it, and was trying to decide if I wanted it, and somebody else took it out for a test drive while I was there. Doug actually went outside and grabbed the keys from the other salesmanwhen they got back, said it was sold, and made sure I got that Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership and Doug. More

Very Unprofessional Dealer- After seeing many reviews, Very Unprofessional Dealer- After seeing many reviews, I decided this dealer was a great place to shop. I was very wrong. Everything was great, until numbers appeared in front of me. They lied about prices and tried to sell me 2 warranties without even asking me. I understand that cars are in demand right now, but these practices were extremely unethical. When I asked to see my interest rate and payments, they said not until I sign on the price they discussed. Bottom line, they tried to get me to sign paperwork without seeing all the numbers properly. On top of that, the finance guy started saying offensive things to me about my job and status when I kept insisting on seeing the numbers before I made a decision to buy the car. Eventually they told me they would NOT sell me the car if I did not buy the warranty that I did not even need. I have never had that happen to me yet, or anyone else I know. I hope this never happens to anyone ever again. Terrible experience. More
