Their waiting area is comfortable and they keep you appraised as to what your car needs and how long it will take them. More
Friendly, professional and knowledgable The battery died on my 2015 CR/V. AAA jump started me and I went to Curtiss-Ryan, where I had bought the vehicle. My service advisor, Dinorah, liste The battery died on my 2015 CR/V. AAA jump started me and I went to Curtiss-Ryan, where I had bought the vehicle. My service advisor, Dinorah, listened carefully to my explanation of the problem. She explained that they would check the battery and the charging system. Waiting room is clean, comfortable and quiet. After the service (about 30 minutes), she said that the charging system was working fine. The battery seemed okay, until they load-tested it. Then it failed. They replaced the battery with no charge, since it was still under warranty. Wait! There's more ... they gave my CR/V a complimentary car wash. I could not be happier with my experience. Thank you Dinorah! More
