Terrible service I was placed on hold for 11 minutes then HUNG up on. As is she was pissed I held on that long. Why put a caller on hold if you don't want to do your job, or transfer me to someone else who is doing their job! I called back B/C I'm pissed I held on that long just to be hung up on! when calling back I demand a manager I was transferred to Tasha she wasn't any better she left me on hold, Jasmine picks up. I'll let her know your still waiting! Then I'm told by CC that the manager of the service Dept. is Lisa? CC has the nerve to LIE and tell me the manager of the service Dept. works in the show room SINCE WHEN!?? She starts to stutter B/C she's telling to me lies!!! So at this point I'm just being told anything! Unprofessional times 10!! I have never experienced this level of unprofessionalism NEVER at this location. I've been going to the Branch Ave location for YEARS!! By the way By the way I'm still waiting a Wk. later this was last Friday 10/27/17 to receive a call back from the so called manager Tasha after she finds out which one of the four females it was Jasmine, Tiffany CC or was it her?? , I wish I still knew the guys name that use to be manager a GREAT one at that in the service Dept.! He would not have accepted such POOR SERVICE. I will never go to Branch Ave. 5060 Auth Way location!!!
