Overall I had a better experience here then at honda universe in Lakewood. I was set on buying an accord coupe and Joe Lisciandri found me a nice one! He is not pushy like other car salesman. Promptly received an actual price quote from Jennifer that clearly laid out what was (D&H charges) and what was not included (NJ taxes etc) in the total amount and what those non-included items would cost us. The price for the 2013 Honda CR-V LX AWD we were interested in was excellent based on the research I had done on line (Edmunds, Kelly Blue Book) for pricing. When we got to dealer we were met by Jennifer who introduced us to our sales rep Paul and she gave him an actual copy of the Email we had received so there was no question about what price we were actually quoted. Paul immediately took us out for a test drive, clearly explaining the instrumentation, options and mechanical highlights (Econ option etc) on the vehicle before and during the ride. When got back we picked out the color vehicle we wanted and wrote up the contract and secured the insurance and the financing (0.9%) that we wanted. Lily (the finance manager) took us thru the paperwork and explained the other extended warrantly options to us but there was no "hard sell" or arm twisting. This was without a doubt the most straightforward, transparent, ENJOYABLE car buying experience I have ever had in 40 years of owning cars. More
