DCH BRUNSWICK TOYOTA Staff in the maintenance service department are helpful, courteous, and work efficiently. However, in regards to finalizing the charges on the invoice- the labor cost are outrageousl department are helpful, courteous, and work efficiently. However, in regards to finalizing the charges on the invoice- the labor cost are outrageously over-priced. The cost of parts are not reasonably competitive and added fees are unnecessary. I gave this review a 'Good' rating due to the overall DCH Brunswick services provided and staff's personable and great customer service skills.
