I’ve used Honda service for 11 years straight since I purchased by 2012 Honda Fit at the dealership in Nanuet, NY. And I’ve known Joe Sanseverino all those years as well as I immediately gained a trust purchased by 2012 Honda Fit at the dealership in Nanuet, NY. Not happy with my latest service visit. Paid for lifetime oil changes (up to 4 a year). When I brought the car I was told I wasnt allowed to get the oil change because I exceeded the allowe Paid for lifetime oil changes (up to 4 a year). When I brought the car I was told I wasnt allowed to get the oil change because I exceeded the allowed amount of changes in the calendar year (it was only my second). I had to come back with my contract and service department still didn't want to hear it even though I had the documentation. I had to ask to speak to a manager to get it fixed. Wasted a lot of time at the dealer and didn't even get an apology for the mistake on their end. More

What an amazing experience with the service department at DCH Nanuet! My son called me from the side of the road so upset because his car kept stalling.
