I went to the website and previewed the car. I then called and talked w/Kelly (he's a personal friend of mine). He said there was one coming from Ohio by train and it would arrive between 10/13-10/17 and asked if he should put my name on it. I said yes and when he called a few days early, I was thrilled! I never even test drove it.... just signed a bunch of papers and drove home! I am a huge fan of the Honda CRV and DCH Honda! Keep up the good work! More

I've shopped Hondas for a few months and was a complete pain for the dealers. I did not buy one yet for a myriad of reasons. I just want to share what I found out during my shopping odyssey. DCH of Temecula is a cut far, far above the others I actually visited and interacted with online. They were the most professional, competitive, and had the greatest inventory. All dealers vary a great deal, however, I feel DCH was the only one with a consistently winning pattern of business practices across the board from sales, to supply and then the price. If you are a potential buyer I would highly recommend l you check them out first because they are by far the superior dealership in the San Diego area. More

I was looking for a 2014 Honda Odyssey and they had the make and color I had in stock. They offered a good price with an itemized cost breakdown. Unfortunately, while they offered to hold it for me I hummed and hawed, and they sold it before I could get it. They offered me the same price on other colors they had in stock, but then rather than pushing gave me a list of dealers in the area that either had the color I wanted, or would be receiving the color I wanted in the next two weeks. He apologized profusely, and went out of his way to make sure that even though I wouldn't be buying a Honda from him, I would be able to buy the Honda I wanted at a fair price in a timely manner. I have never been so happy with a company that didn't end up having what I wanted in stock, but the customer service, even for a non-customer, was truly over the top. More
