Brought my 2011 ES 350 for an upgrade installation and some minor concerns to DCH Lexus Oxnard. Frankie Rodriquez took care of the service needs in the most professional, friendly and thorough manner. The entire service team got me in and out with a new Lexus loaner very quickly, and I was on the road to work without delay. Frankie called me to advised my car was all set and ready for pick-up. Took the new loaner back to DCH Lexus, and Frankie got my car for me right away. I was in and out and on my way back to work in no time. An overall Great service experience!

I brought my vehicle in for a recall and Cynthia was my service advisor! She helped me navigate the recall, they provided a vehicle to drive and also took care of a few other minor issues. Cynthia was so professional and had answers for my questions without hesitation. I feel very confident that my new to me GS350 is in great hands. I highly recommend her and this dealership.

"Ross was great the minute I walked in…very helpful and..."

Ross was great the minute I walked in…very helpful and friendly. My car is still under warranty and he had to run tests on some of the parts. He found out the tests were normal and took my car to be washed (which I always love!) Then he came back and said, "I examined the reports myself, but saw that one of the tests passed, but it was on the low side. I'm going to go ahead and replace that part for you. I would hate for you to have another problem and have to come back." So, not only is Ross friendly and helpful, he was honest and had my best interest at heart. It just doesn't get better than that!

I had a wonderful experience with DCH Lexus of Oxnard. Scheduling was easy, and they had the appointment available that worked with my busy schedule. The check in of my vehicle went smoothly, Sammy assisted me, and he was friendly and efficient. I was then taken to Adriana who took care of getting me into a loaner, and she was an absolute delight!! She put me in a new RX350 which I enjoyed driving very much. Phoung called me with a recommended repair in addition to the service that I was in for, he called the warranty provider, and took care of the repair that was covered under the warranty as well. The service was completed ahead of schedule which was appreciated as I had to get home in the dreaded Friday evening traffic. I checked them out because Costco had a discount coupon, and even though it meant driving there from LA, it was worth it for the savings alone. The folks at this dealership were all very friendly and helpful, my car was all washed when I went to pick it up, I will definitely be back!

While this review is long overdue, I still would like to post it. In 2009 I brought my 99 Lexus LX470 into service at another Lexus dealer. My truck was damaged while it was in for service. While the other dealer was extremely difficult to deal with, they eventually relented and paid to have my SUV fixed. Since I refused to bring it back to them, I went to DCH Lexus (which was much closer to Santa Barbara). Not only did DCH Lexus fix it right, I was treated courteously and with respect which I was not accustomed to at my other Lexus dealer. When I am in the market for a new vehicle new or used, this dealer will most likely be the absolute first place I stop. This dealer not only sets the bar for how Lexus dealers should act, but for all car dealerships.

We took our 2001 Lexus in for service advice and found we had major problems. We were expertly advised by our service representative, Parish (sp), of our options and we determined we needed a different car! We started looking around the lot and Eric Hornback came to our rescue. We found a niffy 2008 ES350 that fit our wants and needs. Eric and Dennis really hung in there with us explaining all questions to our satisfaction and walking us through ALL the steps of trade-in, purchase, financing, warranties, etc. I drove away around 7pm that same day with EVERTHING in order and the proud new owner of another Lexus. I highly recommend DCH Lexus of Oxnard - ALL the staff are courteous, well informed and work as a team. Our Lexus will always go back there for service - I trust them. We will highly recommend them to our friends and family.
