Words can not describe how absolutely SHOCKED I am by DCH's approach to taking advantage of customers who come in for "No Cost to the Customer" recalls.
This is the 2nd time that DCH created a SCAM related to something that should've been covered by a Toyota recall. The first time was a motorized side door recall where I had to pay $135. And just last week they tried to charge me $500 for a piece of plastic that was involved in the shift assembly recall.
This is a practice they need to stop and I'm in the process of relaying my experience to a media outlet that does stories on fraud and scams.
The ONLY positive, and I truly mean ONLY, was my experience with Dave Skehan. He was very professional, friendly, and customer focused. He's a great guy and it's too bad he has to work for thieves.
