I have already emailed previously and addressed the individuals that I dealt with hoping they could at least find me an agreeable solution. I also already brought it to your attention and the only resolution you gave was to give me a difference refund by sending a check for $563 for the blatant overcharge. ( signed agreement for one of the add ons perma plate was for 1695 but was charged $2258!!! ) like I said if I didn’t check, there was no good faith audit from your team. Vin etching at $599 and door edge guards for $599 price was also a robbery . I have asked finance Alex Cho to decline all these but he insisted and lied that they were already installed. Only to find out after few days they weren’t installed. Your customer service even called me about my purchase and when I asked about the unfortunate treatment I received she just mentioned that she is just calling to congratulate me for the purchase and cannot help me with the issues. At this point I’m not really sure what your team can do.
