Although my husband did finally resolve the problem with our car after an argument with the service department, he told me that the staff was very rude and condescending when he requested an explanation of our car after an argument with the service department, he told me that the staff was very rude and condescending when he requested an explanation of a diagnosis which turned out to be a scam and completely wrong. We are very disappointed at the attitude and quality of his experience. We have purchased at least five vehicles from your dealership and never had a problem before. Your staff doesn’t need to be rude and give my husband dirty looks when he is right and called them out on it. At the end of the service my husband did smooth over the tension.
