Great service I just switched here to DCH in Wappingers because the service reps at a different, not-so-prestigious, Toyota service center across the river in the H I just switched here to DCH in Wappingers because the service reps at a different, not-so-prestigious, Toyota service center across the river in the Hudson Valley were rude, unprofessional and completely disorganized. By sharp contrast, this was a surprisinlgy pleasant experience at DCH, with the service representative, Michael, being friendly and very efficient. I intend to use DCH from now on. What a relief to know that DCH staff knows how to treat customers and actually knows how to verify and provide the servicing that the car is supposed to get. Thanks very much to Michael! More
Advisor Unfriendly I've been in customer service/consulting for many years. Advisor that helped me didn't say anything more than, "Sign Here"(2x), how many miles, car o I've been in customer service/consulting for many years. Advisor that helped me didn't say anything more than, "Sign Here"(2x), how many miles, car out front on left. Didn't say anything about what was done to my car, no smile have a nice day, no small talk, no questions about if I had any concerns. Just because you renovate the dealership doesn't change peoples attitude. NOTHING has changed since 2004. Ive had more negative experiences here then any other dealership. I'm not going to make this mistake again. Going back to Lexus atleast i'm treated better there. More

Allison was great Started having battery problem few days before brought in and service said it was fine. Few days later battery died.two hours to replace battery.posit Started having battery problem few days before brought in and service said it was fine. Friendly, accomodating, fast My appointment was for an oil change and NYS inspection. Upon checking in, I was informed that there was an air bag recall on my vehicle. I was given the choice of doing it then or to make another appointment for the air bags. I chose to do the air bags on this visit. I was informed that this whole service could take up to 2-1/2 hours. It took only an hour and a half. Waiting area immaculate. More

BAD WORK COMPOUNDED BY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE MANAGER Brought my wife’s Camry in on May 6 for minor service. Had to bring it in again a week and a half later because my wife had been hearing scraping nois Brought my wife’s Camry in on May 6 for minor service. Had to bring it in again a week and a half later because my wife had been hearing scraping noises from wheels when driving. After waiting about 45 minutes Service Advisor tells me the problem was caused by a mechanic who put on the wrong lug nuts on May 6 when servicing the car. (I had provided instructions and the proper OEM lug nuts in a box with clear instructions to the Service Advisor on May 6 but the lug nuts for the snow tires with rims were installed instead.) As a result, the Courtesy Car had to drive me home to get the correct lug nuts (35 minutes each way). Then, more waiting in the waiting area while the lug nuts were changed. Alison, the Service Advisor, was repeatedly apologetic professional and wonderful during the process, and said all she was authorized to do was toss me a free oil change to be used in the future. She said she told the Service Manager about my terrible ordeal as soon as the mechanic told her of the issue but the S.M. never took a few minutes to come out and personally apologize for his mechanic’s mistake and my extreme inconvenience. Just before leaving, the Service Advisor told me she would again speak with the Service Manager and he would call me. Well, it has been two days and no call from the manager. I guess he doesn’t think me being inconvenienced and losing half a day by having to bring my car back for service which wasn’t done right the first time is no big deal. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISRESPECTFUL. I had to cancel a business meeting in Manhattan that day in order to bring my wife’s car in for service because she had a seminar to attend in New Paltz the next day! Is my time, frustration and aggravation not worth a two minute visit by the Service Manager? And this to a long time customer who bought one of our new cars there years ago and spent over $4,000 in repairs at this dealership in the last year! (In fairness, I must say that over the last 14 years DCH has provided me and my wife wonderful auto service at least 90% of the time That’s a xxxx good batting average, but this time they dropped the ball BIG TIME.) Kudos to Joe the Courtesy Driver. A nicer, more professional employee cannot be found anywhere. He is a decided asset to DCH and can carry a great conversation. I enjoyed my ride with him!
